Affirmations

We use affirmations as another tool to help reach our goals. There are three elements to affirmations. They must be positive, personal and present tense. Examples –

For confidence =“I am now a very confident person”
For success = “I am now a very successful person”
For wealth = “I am now a money magnet”

Most importantly, when you say the words, you must act and feel like you really mean it. Repeat your affirmations as many times a day as you can (at least three) and make the thing that you seek a dominant thought.
