Always associate with positive people, in person as much as is possible, although sometimes they can be hard to find. Positive people can also be found in books, read about positive people who have done things that all the negative people told them that they could not. Personal development seminars are full of positive people that are trying hard to reach some worthy end. The energy from positive people will help you, build you up and help to take you forward.
