Be positive

Two objects cannot fill the same pace at the same time. The same is true of the mind. Great hopes and plans for the future cannot share space in your mind with great fear doubt and worry for that future. One must go. Be positive, fill your mind only with positive I can do it thoughts. The language you use when you speak must also be positive. This will bring you to the results that you seek.
