Buy the key ring!

Want that new car? Then buy the key ring first, preferably with the make and model on it. In the same way anything that comes with keys, that new house for example, buy a key ring first that you plan to use when you own that house. This works in a similar way to writing Goals down and it does work. I know this works because I have done this with a number of vehicles that I wanted, including one very special vehicle that I wanted, I knew the registration number for it, but not who owned it or where it was and I still got in the end.
