Creative visualisation and goal attraction.

Creative visualisation has always been the secret of many people’s great success. Creative visualisation is to plan in your mind some future event of your own choosing. Deciding on every detail in advance, deciding to create what is sometimes called – a future history.

Creative visualisation is to use your mind’s eye to imagine this future history and this future history becomes stronger by regularly visiting the scene in your mind’s eye. Many will tell you to use this creative visualisation three times a day, morning, noon and night; more than that if you can. But in reality as long as it is regularly visited in your mind that is what matters, even if it is some days apart.

Creative visualisation works best when we are relaxed. Take a little time out to relax, even just a few controlled breathing exercises is enough to change your state to a calmer and more relaxed state.

Creative visualisation must never be doubted; it must be calmly and surely believed in as something that is going to happen. See this creative visualisation in your mind’s eye as present time even though it may still be some time off. See this future history as if it were a reality now. That is very important.

Creative visualisation has been used by mankind in this way for thousands of years to great effect. The more we use this skill the better we get with it and reaching our desired results.

The meaning of life and your goal setting.

The meaning of life, oh how they have pondered over that one. The problem is that no one can be sure that they have the correct answer; because there is so much that we cannot prove or cannot know.

Well let’s look at a few things that we do know. We come into this world with nothing and we leave this world with nothing – or do we?

1. We leave with a life time of experience of this world and our time in it.
2. We leave with a life time of experience interacting with others.
3. We leave with a life time of experience of knowing ourselves and how well we dealt with life and its challenges.

The meaning of life must be the experience of life and how we interacted with others and the world around us.

Each of us has a lifetime and we are free to use it as we will. We are given countless choices and opportunities, we use these well or waste them. We have choices and opportunities; to interact well with others and not be offended each time someone makes our life difficult. We have choices and opportunities in how we use our time, time used well or wasted. We have so many choices and opportunities.

But at any time we can choose to change as a person for the better, to be happier, calmer and living in better harmony with others.

The time that we have now we can improve upon with goal setting. A set of clear well define goals will give person a purpose and direction in life. Then pursue your goals, but always with fairness and consideration to others.

Be sure to set some goals for your personal qualities, think about the term Personal Development and what that implies.

I do not pretend, nor could anyone else, that the thoughts above are the last words in the meaning of live, but I think that they are worth some thought. Use your time well. Use it in good harmony with others and use your goal setting to improve your live and the lives of those around you.

Powerful positivity

If you use positivity correctly, then it is just that; very powerful. Negativity by contrast is destructive and harmful when it is allowed to gain too much influence. To reach any lasting success it is vital to be a positive person. Think when was the last time you saw a truly successful person that was negative by nature. Look to the big names in this world, in politics, sport, entertainment and business; you will not find amongst these successful people any of them being constantly negative. In the world at large you will find plenty of people that are negative all the time. They moan and complain, always looking at the worst that could happen. The negativity that they love and indulge in everyday prevents them from any real and lasting progress.

Positivity is very powerful; make it a part of your daily life. Expel any negative thought that enters your head. Work towards being 100% positive and you will soon see benefits from it.

In short, “we become what we think about” as Earle Nightingale put it. Many will refuse to believe this, but that will not prevent it from being a true fact of life.

If you are not happy with something in your life right now, look within first, at your thoughts. To change, do not dwell negatively on that which is causing you pain and annoyance; for doing that will only give it more power. Instead focus daily on a new positive change. Think about this change as often as you can, in a relaxed positive way.

Then create lives and circumstances of your own choice and design.

 

Believe in your goal.

I believe that you can reach any goal that you truly put your mind to. The real scope of human potential is UNLIMITED yet the vast majority of people settle for so much less than they are truly capable of.

Set a BIG goal for yourself, a definite life purpose. Then make that big goal part of your daily dominant thoughts. When some distractions of the day try to take over your dominant thoughts, have methods to put your big goal back in that top spot when the events of the day have settled down.

Methods like affirmations, and various forms of visualization. Be able to bring to your thoughts a clear mental picture of your achieved big goal. See it in your mind’s eye in this way regularly, as many times a day as you can. The more often that you do this, the stronger the powers of GOAL ATTRACTION will be.

BELIEF, never, ever doubt in your goal or that you will reach it. Have total confidence and belief in your big goal and achieving it. As Claude M. Bristol said “there is a real magic in believing” & “if you believe that you can do a thing, you can do it”

Be PERSISTENT. It will not come on its own. “God gives every bird a worm, but he does not throw it into the nest” – Swedish proverb. Your constant and persistent effort will be vital to your success. There will be time when you cannot see your progress, but if you stop you will fail.

Set the goal.
Think often about your goal.
Believe in your goal.
Be persistent in working towards your goal.

Goal setting and time scales

When it comes to goal setting we very often get ourselves in a rush and want it now, first go, instead of taking a little longer in the planning stage or realizing that this might take a number of attempts.

Some things will only come in their own time; no matter how hard you try it appears that you cannot hurry them along. Knowing that, just be sure to do as much as you can do correctly, when you can, never let up, be constant and persistent in your efforts……..use your time well.

Beware you can slow your progress down by inactivity and procrastination, in fact anything negative to your goal attraction could slow down your progress.

Build momentum by your contestant efforts. You know when you have hit the correct amount of momentum, when it would be harder to stop, then to carry on.

At the end of the day if you have chosen your goal correctly, the time will not matter as much as achieving the goal itself.
