Each month Set a Goal and review your goals progress.

Set a goal.

Today set yourself a Goal, something that you want, anything at all of your own choice. Do not worry about the “how am I going to achieve it” just decide on what you truly want. When you have decided, the very first thing to do is to write that Goal down and date it. This really does give a Goal a special power and energy.

  • Decide what you truly want.
  • Set the goal.
  • Write it down.
  • Visualise it and return to that image at least twice a day.
  • Have the desire and faith that you can achieve your goal.
  • Then take immediate action.


Review your goals progress.

Review your goals as often as you need to do, but not less than once a month. If no progress has been made, do not beat yourself up about it. Learn from the experience and re-plan, then take fresh action.
