So you have chosen a Goal and written it down, now what? The trick with Goals is to keep them dominant in your thoughts, this is done by –
• Visualisation / Mediation.
• Visual prompts around your home or place of work.
• Affirmations.
We will look at these three over the next few days. First –
• Visualisation / Mediation.
First relax, maybe do some simple breathing exercises, or think back to some happy time, or listen to relaxing music. Then when the worries of the day have drifted away, think about your Goal. See it as already achieved, think about how that will feel and be grateful for it. Do this as many times in a day as you can
