The trick with Goals


The trick with Goals is to keep them dominant in your thoughts. You see the distractions of each day will try to lower your Goals position in your mind. Minor worries or events will all try to compete for the top position in your mind. They will try to move your Goals down and out and will too often succeed. As I teach in my seminars there are three approaches to keeping your goals dominant in your mind –

• To meditate in some way.
• Visual reminders around you.
• Affirmations

Use all three together daily and those Goals will stay dominant in your thoughts.
